Yeahhhhh! I'm glad you're feeling better! I think it was the trip to Hawaii that made the difference with your health. The fresh air, hiking, and exposure to all those minerals!!! Yeah right! Anyway, that's my theory!

Yes... I no longer have excuses not to exercise, too. Daylight Saving means suddenly it's still light when I get home; spring is the best climate in the year for exercise; and still it's not tempting. However, I've just bought a new bicycle, and it's REALLY fun! Hopefully the fun lasts because this is one form of exercise I actually want to do.

YAY for being healthy again! WOOT!

And... as for the rest... Me, too. Oh, but me too! It finally feels like fall, so I gotta get on all that cleaning, cooking, and fall-clothes-wearing :)

So glad to hear that you're back to good physical condition.

I've already started in on the fall cooking. I still have pumpkin recipes from last year to try (I got pumpkined out before I had tried all my new recipes).

I love fall; I just wish it wasn't followed by winter.

I was thinking about you and your injuries the other day. It's crazy, because I had an internal organ burst open, massive internal bleeding, surgery so I wouldn't DIE, and a little over a week later I'm good as new, minus that itty bitty organ and a little tired while I build my blood supply back up.

But then you get banged around in a car, no "major" injuries (ha, yeah right, huh?), and it takes your poor, beat up body FOREVER to heal. Aren't our bodies crazy? I mean, yay for being able to heal at all, but really, what you went through just isn't/wasn't fair.

Glad to hear your body is back to its old self! Tell me how the running goes. I have a foot ailment that I can't spell (plantar something or other) which is keeping me off the trails, and it's making me crazy. So I'd like to live vicariously through you, if that's okay. :)
